Overview

An infrared reflector based on the Vishay Semiconductors TCRT5000L, a reflective sensor consisting of an infrared emitting diode and a phototransistor mounted side by side in a black plastic housing. The phototransistor responds to radiation emitted from the diode only when a reflective object or surface is in the field of view of the detector.

Supplied with three-way connecting lead for connecting to Inex's robot kits and experiment boards.
