8051prog2 is a high-quality in-circuit programmer for Atmel's 8051 microcontrollers. Housed in a compact plastic case, the unit connects by USB to your PC and provides a ribbon cable for connection to the target board via a 10-way IDC header.

High-Speed Programmer

The 8051prog2 is a fast USB 8051 programmer and is supplied with easy to install drivers and Windows-based 8051Flash programmer software. Programming support is provided for Atmel's Flash-based 8051 microcontrollers with software updates freely available for continued support of future 8051s. If you're using one of MikroElektronika's mikroBASIC, mikroC or mikroPascal PRO for 8051 compilers then you can compile your project and program an 8051 with a single click.
