Overview

The PIC16F84A features 1.75K bytes of program memory, 68 bytes of SRAM and 64 bytes of EEPROM data memory, 13 I/O pins and an 8-bit timer/counter. The part is supplied in a 18-pin DIP package, has an operating speed up to 20MHz, an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and is for 5V operation.
