Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and choose a payment method. You will get an order confirmation once the order is placed.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. You can pay when your order arrives. Some items, such as the B4 Pico Ultra, may need advance payment, and this is noted on the product page.
What does Pre Order or On Demand mean on a product?
Please contact us to confirm availability and timing before you order an item marked Pre Order or On Demand.
In which currency are prices shown?
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Delivery
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. We ship to major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery within Pakistan is a flat Rs 390 per order. Read our shipping and delivery page for details.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. It must be unused, in the condition you received it, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Sale items cannot be returned. Our refund policy has the full terms.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away at mcustore.com@gmail.com so we can put it right.
Choosing the right parts
Which board should a beginner start with?
The Arduino Uno R3 is the easiest place to begin. For Wi-Fi and Bluetooth projects, choose an ESP32 board. Our guide to ESP32 vs ESP8266 explains the differences.
Do you sell parts for final year projects?
Yes. Students can find boards, sensors, displays and modules for school and university projects in one place.
Are your Arduino boards original?
It depends on the product, as we also sell compatible boards such as the Uno R4 WiFi Clone. Check the product title and description, or ask us before ordering if you need to confirm a specific board.
